60% Robusta & 40% Arabica

This blend reminds us of the coffee from our childhood. Smooth classic coffee with no acidity, that brews wonderfully as a French Press or Moka Pot. Don Ruperto was our Lolo and our inspiration for this blend. An exceptional Robusta from farmer Juana Bitongan. The farm sits at an altitude of 800 masl in Dapdappig, Ilocos Sur. The robusta is roasted to bring a moreish oat and popcorn flavour. Blended with our Sitio Belis from Benguet to balance the cup with notes of dark chocolate and toffee.

Expect that classic French and Italian Blend without the Bitterness. Easy drinking Black or we recommend brewing French Press and a touch of cream and brown sugar for something special.
